fai

Martin O’Neill has named a provisional 36 man squad for Ireland’s upcoming games against Scotland and USA.

Starting away, Scotland host Ireland in a EURO 2016 qualifier on Friday, November 14 at 7.45pm, before Ireland take on the USA in Aviva Stadium in a Three International Friendly on November 18.

The squad will be shortened ahead of meeting up on November 10.

Speaking at today’s press conference in FAI Headquarters, the Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill said, “I am looking forward to assembling the squad for the last time this year in preparation for our final games of 2014. I am absolutely delighted with the courage and determination we showed in our last two qualifiers, and hope we can continue this run next month against Scotland and the USA”.

Tickets for the Three International friendly against USA in Aviva Stadium on Tuesday November 18 at 7.45pm are now on sale from Ticketmaster from just €10 for children, €20 for adults and €50 for a family of four.  See www.fai.ie for details.
